Journey and Practice LLC and Dana Shaker Esq. PLLC's highest goal is to be of service to clients. With that in mind, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies differ based on the nature of the products and/or services offered. All information about cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling is included in each individual product and/or service package. Modifications are considered on a case-by-case basis under extraordinary circumstances. If you experience extraordinary circumstances or have concerns of any kind, please contact Dana in her appropriate capacity. Journey and Practice LLC and Dana Shaker Esq. PLLC reserve the right to change their policies at any time for any reason, consistent with applicable professional rules and responsibilities.

Are you a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, mental health counselor, nutritionist, dietician, or other medical professional?
No. It is the client’s responsibility to consult any and all appropriate medical professionals before participating in any of Journey and Practice LLC’s offerings. By participating in the offerings, clients expressly agree that: 1) they have consulted with any and all appropriate medical professionals and are fully cleared by their medical professionals for participation in the offerings; 2) that they are not using Journey and Practice LLC’s offerings in place of advice or treatment by a licensed medical or mental health professional, where use of the offerings is to client’s detriment and/or the detriment of others; and 3) they will immediately update Journey and Practice LLC of any relevant changes or updates to conditions regarding physical and/or mental health relevant to participation in the offerings, to the extent such changes or updates are legally permitted. Additional rights and responsibilities of clients are included in product and/or service offered by Journey and Practice LLC.
Journey and Practice LLC reserves the right to add, change, or otherwise modify client rights and responsibilities with respect to offerings at any time for any reason, consistent with applicable professional rules and responsibilities.
